Well one of the most common mistakes when trying to lose weight is to not eat when you are hungry. This will cause you to burn fat at first, but you will later feel hungrier, more cravings, and fatigued. The solution, eat when you’re hungry! With this comes some tips to always live by.

1. Always eat enough: Most people are under the common misconception that you need to drastically cut your meals downs to see the weight come off. After the fat comes off, your body will begin to eat at the other vital nutrients needed to survive. So make sure you eat enough!

2. If you’re not hungry, don’t eat: This means staying away from the tempting potato chips sitting in the cupboard or the cookies laying on the counter. Sometimes willpower is hard, but it will pay off in the end!

In conclusion, eat when you’re hungry and don’t stress about food and calories. We need calories and food to survive, just less of what is sometimes given to us.
