Fruits are very important to maintaining good health. Most fruits don’t require any time to prepare at all. This is why it makes it very easy to make, and time efficient. Also fruits are cheap and can be found in your local market or grocery store. Different fruits has different nutrition, but all are important to our health. My personal favorite fruit mix are apples, blueberry, banana, and pineapple. All of these fruits are rich in vitamins and more! Apples have an antioxidant that lower the chance of diabetes. Bananas are high in potassium and will help lower blood pressure levels. Blueberry cofruit-2305192_960_720ntains the most antioxidants out of all the fruits. The antioxidants will help reduce age diseases such as Alzheimer.

Steps to Prepare

  1. Wash fruits with clean cold water
  2. Slice fruits into small pieces(bit size).
  3. Put in zip lock bag.
  4. Store in fridge.

In the morning you can just grab a bag of sliced fruits and eat it on the go! What i listed are the fruits I enjoy in my snack bag, but you can pick your own to slice up and add into the bag. Easy, cheap, and convenient for us college students! More blog post coming soon!
