Go to your friends, family, teachers, co-workers, anyone who you trust and talk to them! Tell them what happened and what’s on your mind. Don’t be afraid to express or talk to them about your grief. Let it out, and let your grief happen. Create and utilize your “circle” of trusted individuals. Have courage to talk about it.

If you continue to struggle and feel overwhelmed it is extremely important to seek professional help, such as a grief counselor who can talk you through what you’re experiencing and connect you to the resources necessary to manage your individual grief.
