Take. Care. Of. Yourself.

This cannot be stressed enough! Even when you don’t want to eat, or sleep, or move remember to keep going. Taking care of yourself should be your top priority.

Eat!

Try to eat healthy foods that are going to fuel your body! By not giving your body what it needs to run you hinder your own grieving and mental processes. Take care of your physical body so that you can work on your mental state.

Sleep!

Sleep is important! It gives our brain time to process everything our bodies and minds are going through, and gives time to rest to recoup for the next day. This is important for recovery.

Exercise!

Keeping our bodies moving and active helps general health and our bodies natural functions. Even if it’s a 30 minute walk in the park, keep your body moving!
