There are no right or wrong answers when handling grief or even stressful situations in life. Remember to take things at your own pace, and don’t be afraid to take things one day at a time.

Sometimes making it through one day can be difficult- just remember that you can do it! If you have a bad day remember every day is a new start, a new beginning, and a new opportunity. If you don’t do it today- it’s okay. Take things slow, narrow yourself to one day at a time, and slowly as time passes expand it to maybe two days at a time, or three, or a week, or whatever you feel comfortable with. Stay positive and handle what you can as you can.
