Anger is a normal emotion that every person feels. It is also something that everyone handles completely different from one another. The key to anger is allowing yourself to let go of it in a healthy manner. In my line of work, we tell our kids to use their coping skills. This just means to release this anger in a healthy manner.  Some examples would include counting, deep breathing (my personal favorite), and to talk about it with an adult.  As an adult, this is the exact same including talking to a friend or therapist. By letting go of this anger we allow ourselves to think clearly, react properly, and to feel better overall. This is an important step in becoming a better person.
