If you are diagnosed with a mental health disability, you are not alone, and you are able to start a recovery process. The process aims to; improve health and wellness, live a self-directed life( not a mental disorder driven one), and striving to achieve your full potential as a human.

There are Four Dimensions of Recovery.

  • Health: Make informed, healthy choices that support physical and emotional well-being.
  • Home: Have a stable and safe place to live.
  • Purpose: Engage in meaningful daily activities, such as a job, schooling, caring for your family. Working for self-rule.
  • Community: Building relationships with those around you that provide support.
