There are many ideas of the most effective ways to lose weight: Cut out all unhealthy foods; the more calories you cut, the faster you’ll lose weight; and a popular one, cardio is the best exercise for weight loss. I can tell you from experience that these practices are not the most effective (or healthiest) ways to lose weight!
