Often times we have a million things on our mind, sometimes happy thoughts sometimes not, Sometimes we feel down or sick or have a lack of motivation to do anything. For me and several others the gym can be the best medicine. Working out provides you with a sense of accomplishment and can boost your emotion and make you feel better in several mental aspects. When I am sick I try to make the excuse not to go to the gym but I force myself to do it and I find after I feel better and less miserable. The gym is a great habitat to build physical and mental strength.
